This open-air pedestrian tunnel connects opposite sides of an urban retail complex, and is being redesigned as a more impactful and functional artery. By utilizing a kinetic and dynamic palette and design approach, the space will transform from bland concrete tunnel to a public art installation, helping it fit right into its Museum District locale.
